Position Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Partnership Representative will support the Sales and Marketing teams by managing the logistics and execution of joint sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves event coordination, project management, and supporting partner engagement strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Physical and Virtual Event Planning & Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of partner-focused events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication with partners and vendors.
- Ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and delivered on time.
2. Project Management:
- Manage timelines and deliverables for partnership projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and on track.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Maintain organized records of partnership activities and communications.
3. Partner Engagement Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and facilitating their needs.
- Support the creation of partner communication materials, including webinars, presentations, and marketing content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive the tools and resources they need to succeed.
4. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities for partner-driven growth.
- Assist with preparing sales materials and presentations tailored to partner needs.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in event planning and partnership management
-Project coordination and management experience
-Sales and Marketing experience (preferably in the MSP space)
-Distribution and Channel experience preferred
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
